We service the entire United States (with the exception of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). We started VG Motors in 2022, we originally started with the focus on serving vehicle owners, but have expanded to installing LoJack devices on trailers and construction equipment as well. Our office and headquarters is located in Port Richey, Florida. We have a friendly and knowledgeable staff waiting to serve you there on your time.

Next Steps

Once you have submitted your information to us, you may be wondering what is going to happen next. The first step is we call you to answer any questions you may have about the LoJack system or our process. You will typically hear from us within 48 hours of submitting the request or order on the website. Once you place an order, we will send you a follow up email requesting the year, make, model, color, VIN and installation location for us to send a certified LoJack installer.  Once we receive this information, the LoJack/Spireon scheduling department will call and/or email you to set up an appointment.  This call typically occurs within 48 hours upon receiving your feedback about your vehicle’s information and preferred install location.  When the installation appointment is scheduled, you will receive a text reminder, or a phone call the day before the appointment confirming that you will be there. During your appointment, a professional in LoJack installation will come and meet with you, expertly install the LoJack device in a discreet manner, and answer any questions you may have. On average, it takes 3-5 business days from when the order is placed to conduct a LoJack installation.  The quickest could be next day and the longest we have seen is 2 weeks.  It all depends on your availability as well as the local installer.  The installation appointment will usually last about 30-45 minutes once the technician is on site. From that point, you should receive an activation PIN within 24 hours from LoJack/Spireon to begin tracking your vehicle.
